“Prior to the events of the Big Day, Alina did a walk through of each site to gain a better understanding of where she saw vision to capture our moments at each location. She made small adjustments to gain better lighting or rearranged the furniture to open up space. All tiny things that I never would have thought of, nor did I have time to.
Our day started off smooth, but eventually timelines are shifted and things become chaotic. The weather went from hot and humid to rainy and wet. Never once did Alina complain. She kept our pictures moving, keeping our spirits fun and light hearted. She helped us laugh when our smiles looked stale. She made us move when our bodies looked stiff. She ensured all our eyes were open, double chins were tucked away and our best angles were on point. Most importantly, she made sure we got all the pictures on our list completed, plus some cute extras.
As many brides reading this may know, your wedding day may have some hiccups. Like a massive downpour on your outdoor wedding. And thats okay. It will not ruin your day, in fact, sometimes it might make it even better. At least thats what happened to me. I can recall a very specific moment though that, god bless Alina, basically saved the day by not letting me forget to take some very important extended family photos. With the downpour and everyone scattering, your plan that you had in your head of events goes to crap. Alina made sure we didn't miss anything and put our pieces back together for us.
Alina cried when my husband danced with his mom. She laughed when the best man speech had everyone bellowing from their bellies. She was in the moment with us. Capturing it all. Experiencing it. She was a BIG part of our wedding.”
